Your Right to a Blood Test

If arrested for DUI and you decide to take the breath test, exercise your right to have an independent test done at your own expense. Politely tell the officer that you want a blood test and that you will pay for it.

Guth 2100 Issue

There have been many articles about the Guth 2100 Simulator being an unapproved device. This is correct but only for certain time frames. Contact our office and we will be able to advise you whether your DUI case is affected. If your DUI case involved a DUI refusal, then this issue doesn't pertain to you.
